The function operates just as blonde_post_minute if the $3 long $2 key is not less than any of the $1 in-memory table recorded keys, fails otherwise.

The function returns BLONDE_MINUTE_SUIT_CLASS if the key was less than any present table key, same as blonde_post_minute otherwise.
