The function removes all keys from the $1 in-memory table, from the first greater than the $3 long $2 to the last less than or matching the $5 long $4.
A NULL $2 indicates the beginning of the table, a NULL $4 the
end.
The function returns 0 for success, and one of the defined error codes for failure.
